On Saturday morning we went (along with Grandma Slania) to Discovery Green in downtown Houston. Discovery Green is a new park area that they have built downtown with lots of green lawns, a pond, several restaurants and it has a great playground area for kids. It is a really neat area and I encourage those who have not been to check it out! http://www.discoverygreen.com/.
It was a beautiful day and we had a great time letting K.P. explore the playground. He loved crawling on the ground (it was made out of this soft rubber stuff) and he even found a little girlfriend that he played with for a while. So cute! Here are some pictures from the day.
